Admission Process

  • 1. XI Science and commerce online admission process is as per education department.
  • 2. The right to give admission is reserved by the Principal.
  • 3. A student seeking admission to this Higher Secondary School should be present along with his/ her Parents with an application form duly filled in and signed by his / her Parents.
  • 4. No admission will be taken as granted unless it is granted by the authorities and the necessary fees have been received by the Higher Secondary School.
  • 5. All admissions are valid for one academic year and are required to be renewed in the prescribed form for every subsequent year.
  • 6. A student once admitted will continue for the academic year unless he/she informs the Principal in writing of his/her intention to leave the School at least a week before the commencement of the second term.
  • 7. Subject once offered will not be changed under any circumstances.
  • 8. Students securing highest marks in S.S.C./F.Y.J.C. exam will be selected as the representative of those particular Classes in the Higher Secondary School.
  • 9. Payment once made for seeking admission will not be refunded under any circumstances. Admission for (XI std.) S.Y.J.C. class will start immediately after the declaration of the result of the F.Y.J.C. S.Y.J.C. dmission forms of all classes will be available in the College office.

  • 1. While seeking admission for the Higher Secondary Vidyalaya student must submit following documents duly completed.
  • i. Admission form along with 3 passport size photographs.
  • ii. Leaving Certificate and 3 Xerox copies.
  • iii. Marksheet of S.S.C. and 3 Xerox copies.
  • iv. Caste certificate and 3 Xerox copies.
  • v. Aadhar Card and 3 Xerox copies.
  • vi. Migration Certificate And 3 Xerox copies.(In Case of other than state board)

The Higher Secondary School being non grantable, there is provision of Scholarships:

  • 1. Govt. of India Scholarship for SC, NT, VJ, OBC, SBC students whose parents Annual Income is below Rs. 1,00,000/-
  • 2. Govt. of India Scholarship for NT,VJ,OBC,SBC,ST students whose parents Annual Income is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- and below Rs. 4,00,000/-
  • 3. Rajarshree Chattrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship for SC, VJ, NT, SBC student if they Score above 75% marks in the S.S.C. Exam.

CIDCO Stipend for Cidco project affected.

Students seeking admission for Higher Secondary School after passing S.S.C.(X std.) or equivalent examination of the authority other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education MUMBAI / PUNE / KOLHAPUR / NAGPUR / KOKAN / AURANGABAD / NASIK / AMRAVATI / LATUR are required to obtain eligibility certificates from Mumbai Divisional Board. At the time of admission students who have passed. S.S.C. exam from other Board must submit following documents duly completed.

  • 1. Application form of eligibility Certificate. (Application forms are available at Mumbai Division Board Office, Vashi Navi Mumbai)
  • 2. Mark sheet (For XII-S.S.C. and XI for XI-S.S.C.)
  • 3. Passing Certificate / Provisional Passing Certificate. (For XII-S.S.C. Certificate)
  • 4. School Leaving Certificate. (For XII-XI Std. School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate with counter signature by appropriate Educational Authority)
  • 5. Migration Certificate in original.
  • 6. Appendix "A' for foreign Students only.
  • 7. Deed of undertaking on stamp paper of Rs.20/-
  • 8. Fees for Eligibility Certificate XI and XII.
    • a. Out of Maharashtra Students ( Indian Students) Rs.300/-
    • b. Foreign Students Rs.500/-
  • 9. Gap certificate (Only for those students who have passed S.S.C. XI Std current year and seeking admission to next year.
